I made this one knowing that as we go into the dark time of year that I begin to suffer from the lack of sun. If you’re like me and experience Seasonal Affective Disorder then this is the Herb Bundle for you. All of the herbs in this bundle were specifically picked to lift your spirts and to help you through the darkest time of year. One of the main ways that I use my Herb Bundles is during my morning meditation. I engage in my morning ritual most mornings and it helps me manage my anxiety and depression. I light a candle, burn some herbs. Pull a Tarot card or two and then pull some Runes. This practice has helped center me and adds a nice dimension to my practice.

Borage-Helps one experience joy even when things are difficult.

Eucalyptus-Vibrates with healing and positivity. It soothes the mind and helps you remain centered.

Juniper-Rids a space or person of negativity by cleansing and supporting one.

Lavender-Sooths and protects while bringing joy and peace to a person or place.

St. John’s Wort-Protects, cleanses and cures sadness.

Details: Each of these bundles are approximately 6-7” long and 1 1/2-2” diameter. Please allow for some variation due to the fact that these are all hand made. Each one is wrapped using jute twine so that when the rope burns it does not have any chemicals in it.

Disclaimer: If you decide that you do want to burn the herb bundle make sure that you never leave it smoldering alone in a room and that you make sure that you’re burning it on a inflammable surface. (Not sure if that’s the right way to put it, but you know what I mean.) I burn mine on a cute little ceramic tea plate with pretty flowers on it.

Also, do not ingest or smoke any of the ingredients in these herb bundles they are meant to either be burned or enjoyed for their beauty. (A friend of mine hung her’s in her car because she doesn’t burn incense, etc.)
